Christopher Anderson-Bazzoli has written a lauded feature article on Los Angeles Philharmonic's Tristan Project, a momentous collaboration by conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen, director Peter Sellars, and video artist Bill Viola. The extensive article includes interviews and background material on their "Tristan and Isolde for the 21st Century." Walt Disney Concert Hall patrons can look for the article in December's Performing Arts Magazine.

Michael Bublé: Christmas

Last January, Christopher Anderson-Bazzoli spent a day in the studio with Grammy-winning singer Michael Bublé, conducting an arrangement by multi-faceted composer-producer Jon Brion. The song, "All I Want for Christmas Is You," was recorded at Capitol Records studios in a "live take" with Bublé on vocals, an all-star rhythm section, and some of L.A.'s finest orchestral musicians. The album Christmas was released on October 24th, 2011.
